My purpose of visit to University Hospital of Nantes was a three-month fellowship at Endocrine and Digestive Disease Department. I visited several institutions in different countries however I never received such an excellent service, which was given by the Association Chercheurs Étrangers À Nantes (ACEAN).
ACEAN made my life easy and sociable during my stay. They provided me extremely comfortable environment, so I could easily concentrated on my studies. Although it was my first time in France and I didn’t speak French, I never felt difficulty communicating with people working at ACEAN. Also it was really nice of the ACEAN organizing the first day visit to hospital and showing me around, they were all special for me. I think ACEAN deserves many compliments not only giving well-organized service for overseas researchers but also organizing funny, intellectual and cultural social events. Because of my busy schedule, I could only joined some of them but my advice for future guests of ACEAN is “Do not miss any social event organize by ACEAN!!!”
